Buttercrunch

The classic bark candy, made with real butter and containing Vermont maple. This has been my favorite candy for many years, since making it became a Christmas tradition on the family farm. The picture shows both Walnut Buttercrunch and the variation Almond Buttercrunch. Walnut Buttercrunch is the default. But Almond Buttercrunch is available for 50¢ more, per half pound of candy. Pecan Buttercrunch (the best in my opinion) is also available, for 75¢ per half pound (Almonds and Pecans cost more than Walnuts.)

Salted Caramels

Medium firm, lightly salted caramel squares

Ingredients

  • Cane Sugar
  • Heavy Cream
  • Butter
  • Corn Syrup
  • Vanilla
  • Sea Salt

White Buttercrunch

A very sweet variation on Buttercrunch. The caramelized sugar of the buttercrunch base, and the simple creaminess of the white chocolate complement each other well. It can come either nut-free or with walnuts, or the walnuts can be exchanged for either Almonds (+50¢ per 1/2 pound) or Pecans (+75¢ per 1/2 pound).

Divinity Fudge

Sweet, light dollops of the classic fudge. By default I’ll make it with vanilla and walnuts, but feel free to request other flavor combos!

Mini Turtles

Bite sized Pecan turtles! These are single large pecan halves, covered in chewy caramel and dark chocolate.
